Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative design concepts and visual solutions.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital graphics, social media assets, presentations, and more.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and propose creative ideas to enhance our visual communication strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate production of print materials.
- Conduct regular quality checks on design assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- It's better to have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience around (2 to 3 years) working as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that align with brand objectives.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
- Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
