Project Challenges
Plant owners, EPC contractors, and procurement teams evaluating a technology partner look for proven track record, technical breadth, and a fast route to the right product or service — in English and in Arabic. The challenge was to organize Tragency’s deep catalogue (six product categories, each with its own product lists such as raw-water pre-treatment, desalination, condensate treatment, and sludge dewatering), six service lines, a history reaching back to 1981, customer testimonials from operators such as AMOC, SIDPEC, and UGDC, partner and client logos, and ongoing project news into one coherent experience — with credibility up front, scannable product and service hubs, a dual UAE–Egypt footprint, and contact routes that turn technical interest into qualified service requests.
Project Deliverables
UX/UI Design
We designed an industrial, confident interface anchored in Tragency’s olive-green identity: a full-screen hero video of process plants with the “Est. 1981” heritage cue, the “Partner in Process Optimization” promise, and direct Request Service and Partner With Us actions. The homepage then builds trust in sequence — animated Facts & Figures, testimonial cards, partner and client logo rows, an interactive year-by-year history timeline, product and service carousels, and News & Events covering commissioning and FAT milestones. Inner pages follow a consistent pattern of image banner, breadcrumbs, searchable card grids for products and services, and a Contact page pairing a clean inquiry form with a map of the Egypt branch and UAE headquarters, all mirrored in a native right-to-left Arabic layout.
Website Development
We built a responsive, bilingual WordPress website on a custom theme — Home, About Us (who we are, main markets, vision, mission, and policy), Products with category and product-list pages, Services with dedicated detail pages, and Contact Us — with English and Arabic versions, a full RTL experience, site-wide search, and a structured inquiry form. Every template is tuned for performance across desktop and mobile so engineers and buyers in Egypt and across the region can explore Tragency’s solutions and request service in their preferred language.
