Project Challenges
People comparing financing options want three answers quickly: how much they can get, whether they qualify, and whether the provider is trustworthy and Shariah compliant — in Arabic first, and in English for residents. The challenge was to turn a regulated financial offering into an approachable, app-first journey: two products with different limits and terms; eligibility criteria (Saudis and residents, private- and government-sector employees including pensioners, a minimum monthly salary of SAR 4,000 for Personal Finance and SAR 3,600 for Purchase Finance, age from 20, and a good credit history); transparent APR pricing tables; payment options (bank transfer, mada, Visa and Mastercard cards, SADAD, and Apple Pay); and the customer support, complaints, and whistleblowing channels expected of a SAMA-supervised company — all presented without overwhelming visitors, and with every path leading to the App Store or Google Play.
Project Deliverables
UX/UI Design
We designed a clean, modern fintech interface in Mora’s deep-navy and coral-red identity. The homepage opens with a hero slider for Personal Finance and Purchase Finance that pairs headline limits and financing periods with the “No fees. No salary transfer. No guarantor required.” promise, a Download App call to action, and “+800K People trust our App” social proof beside an in-app phone visual. It continues with Why Mora Finance — the 4.5/5 rating and four value cards for Shariah Compliant, Fast, Security, and Easy — photographic product cards, a three-step How To Apply flow illustrated with real app screens, an app download band with App Store and Google Play badges, and an FAQ accordion. Product pages lay out eligibility as a scannable icon grid; the Loan Calculator presents Personal Finance and Purchase Finance APR tables with illustrative examples and clear notes; and the Customer Support & FAQ and Whistleblowing pages combine contact details, structured forms, and a branch finder organized by region — all delivered in a native right-to-left Arabic layout with a matching English version.
Website Development
We built a responsive, bilingual WordPress website on a custom theme, with Arabic as the default language and a complete English version — Home, About Us (the Mora story, vision, mission, and goals), Personal Finance and Purchase Finance product pages, a Loan Calculator pricing page, Customer Support & FAQ, Whistleblowing, and the Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions. The build includes a full RTL experience, structured support and misconduct-report forms with file upload, a regional branch directory with directions, downloadable customer-protection documents, and direct links to the Mora Finance app on iOS and Android and to its social channels. Every template is tuned for performance across desktop and mobile so customers across the Kingdom can understand their options and start their application in their preferred language.
